Mahashringa Dasa is an Honours Graduate in Chemistry from the University of Kolkata, where he graduated as the university topper. A first-generation entrepreneur, he also represented the Andhra Pradesh team in water sports at the National Games, showcasing his interest in rowing and surfing.

In 1987, his life took a transformative turn when he came into contact with the teachings of His Divine Grace A.C. Bhaktivedanta Swami Prabhupada, the Founder-Acharya of the International Society for Krishna Consciousness (ISKCON). Deeply inspired, he began seriously practicing Krishna Consciousness, which reshaped his lifestyle and life mission.

A committed family man, he is happily married and blessed with three children. His daughter has earned two Master’s degrees—from Stanford University—in Business Management and Artificial Intelligence.

Mahashringa Dasa has mentored and guided thousands of students and householders across India. With over 1 million subscribers on YouTube and 1.3 million followers on Facebook, he is a respected thinker, philosopher, and a powerful communicator of Vedic wisdom and modern values.

For the past 15 years, he has been serving as the President of ISKCON Kukatpally, under whose leadership the centre has become a hub for spiritual education, youth development, and social initiatives.

Key Contributions:

• Youth Empowerment & Value Education:
  Under his dynamic leadership, ISKCON Kukatpally has trained a dedicated team of volunteers—including senior IAS and IRS officers, surgeons, chartered accountants, advocates, software engineers, and entrepreneurs—to deliver Value Education programs aimed at the all-round development of the youth in Telangana.

• Cancer Prevention Advocacy:
  Since 2018, Mahashringa Dasa has been actively contributing to cancer prevention efforts in Telangana. His campaigns have helped lakhs of students make informed lifestyle choices to create a cancer-free society. This is supported by Telangana State Council of Higher Education

• Sustainability & Mental Health Campaigns:
  Under his leadership, ISKCON is running a massive awareness campaign on environmental sustainability—focusing on Air, Water, Soil, and Mental Health—to build a sustainable and conscious society. This is supported by Telangana Board of Intermediate Education.
