Everybody is ultimately searching for peace and happiness. We study hard, go to work, get married and produce children expecting that these activities will make us happy. But, in reality, we are not peaceful and happy always. All the material advancements (luxurious homes, Grinder, fridge, washing machine, Vacuum cleaners, air conditioner, Microwave oven, smart phones, Smart TV, cars, air planes, cruise ships, luxurious holiday resorts, medicines etc) are made in order to bring happiness to the consumers. But, despite all the material advancements, people are anxious, stressed out and unhappy. Problems (depression, corruption, poverty, war, murder, rape, theft, suicide, illicit relationships, divorce, cancer, diabetes etc.) keep arising. Are we really advancing in the right direction? What is the solution to all these problems ?
Most of us go to temple, because we have a fear of unknown (or) we are going through some kind of distress (or) we are in a need of something. When we are challenged about existence of God, we could lose our faith in God in no time, because we do not know proofs for existence of God. Without strong foundation, a building will collapse soon. Similarly, if our belief in God is not based on strong proofs, then our faith can be shaken any time. So, it’s very important to have our faith on God based on some proofs. Using observation and logical reasoning to systematically prove existence of God. Also we will discuss Who can be called God, What best of the Scientists say about God?, and we make a comparative study of different religions of the World. Also we will discuss the validity of Scriptures

God means He is the source of everything and hence He must possess everything. When we have a form, how can God not have a form? He also has a form, but His form is not a perishable material form, but imperishable spiritual form.
Based on references from Bible, Quron and Bhagavat Gita (BG 12.2, 14.27), Supreme God is both personal (has form) and impersonal (formless). Sun has the form and it is the source of formless sun rays. Similarly Supreme God’s form is the source of formless light effulgence called ‘BrahmaJyoti’ coming from Supreme God’s spiritual body (BG 14.27).
Same sun is called with different names (Sun, Surya, Aditya, Bhaskar etc) at different parts of world. Similarly, same Supreme God is called with different names (Christ or Allah, Krishna etc) at different parts of the world.
Christians, Muslims, Hindus and everyone is worshipping the same Supreme God calling with different names.
When someone is dead, others cry sitting around the dead body. If the person who died were just the body, we would not cry, because the body is still there. We cry for something that left the body. What left the body? The invisible energy (spirit soul or Atma) that was giving life to the body left. So, we are not just the temporary body, but, the spirit soul. What is the difference between a dead body and an alive body? Alive body is able to feel, but dead body cannot. If you touch an alive body, it can feel the touch whereas the dead body cannot. What is it giving feelings to the alive body? It is a Spirit Soul which resides in the region of heart and spread feelings throughout the body. When the Spirit Soul leaves the body, the body becomes unconscious or dead. What is Consciousness ? What is Reincarnation ?

In the previous sessions, we concluded that Krishna is Supreme God and He is the source of everything, proprietor of everything, controller of everything and enjoyer of everything. We (Souls or Atma) are parts and parcel of Him. If Krishna is Supreme God and if we are part of Him, then why are we forced to take birth, get disease, get old and die? Why are there so many problems caused by our own mind, caused by others and caused by natural disasters? In order to get answers to these questions, we should first understand where we originally belong, why we are now in this material world and why this material world was created. We also discuss, What is Karma ? Is there Freewill ? How our bodies and matter are influenced by time. What are Modes of Nature/Trigunas
Yoga is mainly meant for re-connecting you (Atma/Soul) with Supreme God (Paramatma/Super Soul/Krishna) – BG 6.47. Yoga is not mainly meant for obtaining healthy body to enjoy the life more or to increase the life span. Healthy body and increased life span are all by-products of yoga.
